Today we celebrated the Politecnico di Milano athletes who won medals at the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics in the Atrium of the Rectorate.
🔹 Alberto Amodeo (Automation Engineering student) silver medal in the 400m freestyle at the Paralympics
🔹 Simone Barlaam (student of Mechanical Engineering) gold in the 50m freestyle, silver in the 4×100 freestyle relay, silver in the 100m butterfly and bronze in the 4×100 mixed relay at the Paralympics
🔹 Giulia Ghiretti (Biomedical Engineering student) silver medal in the 100m breaststroke at the Paralympics
🔹 Manfredi Rizza (alumnus of Materials and Nanotechnology Engineering) silver in K1 200m at the Olympics
