Mitigation of climate change requires a drastic and rapid reduction of CO2 emissions and other greenhouse gases.

The Working Group on Climate Change of the RUS – Rete delle Università per lo Sviluppo sostenibile (University Network for Sustainable Development), coordinated by the Politecnico di Milano, proposes a seminar to learn about the carbon market, understand what the “residual emissions” are and how to compensate them, considering the local or global environmental benefits and possible critical issues.
