Jihad Founoun, who is studying Engineering of Computing Systems at the Politecnico di Milano, is one of the four winners of the fourth edition of Amazon Women in Innovation, the scholarship that aims to encourage and help deserving young women to pursue an academic career in the STEM subject areas.

The scholarship awards €6,000 for the academic year 2021/2022, with the possibility of renewal for the following two years and support for each of the selected students from an Amazon manager, who acts as mentor to help them develop skills that are useful for future jobs, such as creating an building an effective CV or interviewing for a job.
