Il nuovo edificio, che potenzia gli spazi del Dipartimento di Ingegneria Civile e Ambientale, si sviluppa su un piano seminterrato e due piani fuori terra. Sui tre livelli di coperture a verde sono stati piantati nove nuovi alberi ad alto fusto. Tre facciate sono caratterizzate da vetro e pannelli opachi, mentre quella verso via Celoria è a verde intensivo, in continuità con le terrazze a giardino.

The new Lerici Building has been opened on the Leonardo Campus and will be known as “Edificio 3A” as of today.

The new building expands the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, providing and consists of a lower ground floor and two floors above ground. At the three levels of green roofing, nine forest trees have been planted. Three façades feature curtain walls using glass and opaque panels, while the one facing via Celoria is an intensive green wall, to create continuity with the garden terraces.
