How can the most advanced technologies be used to study and preserve artistic heritage? How must civil engineering works be adapted in view of climate change? What role may suburbs play for today’s cities? Which waste disposal techniques are the most suitable for promoting a circular economy model?
Politecnico di Milano researchers are attempting to find answers to all these apparently different questions. And their work is presented in “Visioni Politecniche”, a new series of informative events presenting scientific progress and ongoing research, with an eye on the future of technologies.
The first event, scheduled for 24 February, will look at studies that assess the consequences for the job market of the rapid technological progress underway in the field of artificial intelligence and automation.
All the events are open to both in-presence and online participants.
