Alessandro Riva, 22, is an Aeronautical Engineering student at the Politecnico di Milano, but also a trail running and skyrunning athlete.

His passion for the mountains has distant roots, and he already achieved many successes so far. His motto is #stepbystep: for him, it is essential to always set yourself goals, both in university and in sport, and to focus on them so that you don’t lose heart.

To reconcile his sporting and university careers he can count on the help of the Dual Career programme, which helps our students who play sport at the highest level to pursue both sporting and educational activities with serenity and profit.
