Il Politecnico di Milano dedica una mostra alle figure femminili del mondo dell’ingegneria, dell’architettura e del design che più fortemente hanno contribuito, dai primi anni del ‘900 a oggi, alla trasformazione dell’Ateneo: un percorso che raccoglie storie, documenti, testimonianze. Le protagoniste sono laureate, docenti, ricercatrici, che all’interno del Politecnico hanno ricoperto per la prima volta posizioni apicali, insieme a professioniste che hanno concorso allo sviluppo delle diverse discipline negli universi produttivi, imprenditoriali, industriali, culturali.

Un lavoro che intende contribuire alla riflessione sui risultati ottenuti e sulle partite ancora aperte per raggiungere le pari opportunità di genere.

The Politecnico di Milano is dedicating an exhibition to the leading female figures in the world of engineering, architecture and design who, from the early 900s to the present day, have made the greatest contribution to the transformation of the University: a journey that brings together stories, records and testimonies. The main characters are graduates, lecturers and researchers who have held top positions at the Politecnico for the first time, together with professionals who have contributed to the development of the various disciplines in the productive, entrepreneurial, industrial and cultural worlds.

This work aims to contribute to a reflection on the results achieved and the challenges still to be met in order to achieve equal gender opportunities.
