As of 3 March 2021, the Politecnico will launch a new way of interacting with students, adopting the Polimi ChatBot virtual assistant as a single point of access for those wishing to contact the University staff.

Students accessing the Polimi ChatBot can select one of the proposed topics or type their question directly. If the virtual assistant is unable to fulfil the request,the student is put in touch with an operator through traditional channels (chat, e-mail, face-to-face appointment).
