The world of work, especially after the pandemic, has lived and is living an epochal change, a real revolution that impacts on organization, technology, mobility, staff training and teaching.

The CUG, the Unified Guarantee Committee for equal opportunities, the enhancement of the well-being of workers and against discrimination, on the occasion of Workers’ Day, organizes an online seminar to discuss these important themes with some experts from institutions and academia.
