Roberto Villa e Michele Riva, neolaureati in Ingegneria Edile-Architettura presso il Polo territoriale di Lecco – Politecnico di Milano, hanno vinto la settima edizione del premio di laurea “Fabio Favaretto” con la tesi “RE(3).Hab Brioschi (REfuge, Recladding, REbuilding Habitat)”, volta al recupero del Rifugio Luigi Brioschi sulla Grigna Settentrionale, una delle vette più spettacolari che circondano Lecco.

Il loro lavoro ha colpito la commissione giudicatrice per l’approccio innovativo e sostenibile al recupero del rifugio grazie all’utilizzo di sistemi modulari leggeri in legno e l’ottimizzazione del comfort dinamico attraverso integrazioni impiantistiche autosufficienti.

Roberto Villa and Michele Riva, recent graduates in Building Engineering-Architecture at the Lecco Campus, won the 7th edition of the ‘Fabio Favaretto’ degree award with their thesis ‘RE(3).Hab Brioschi (REfuge, REcladding, REbuilding Habitat)’, aimed at the recovery of the Rifugio Luigi Brioschi on the Northern Grigna, one of the most spectacular peaks surrounding Lecco.

Their work impressed the selection board with its innovative and sustainable approach to refuge rehabilitation through the use of lightweight modular timber systems and the optimisation of dynamic comfort through self-sufficient plant integration.
