Secondo i dati QS World University Rankings by Subject 2024, il Politecnico di Milano si è affermato nuovamente tra le principali istituzioni accademiche mondiali, piazzandosi tra le prime università nelle sue discipline caratterizzanti: 7° posto sia in Design che in Architettura e 23° posto in Ingegneria.

In particolare, ci posizioniamo al 9° posto al mondo in Ingegneria – Meccanica, Aeronautica e Manifatturiera, al 12° posto in Ingegneria Civile e al 23° posto nel settore Data Science & AI, indicatore valutato per la prima volta da QS.

“Quello che emerge è il valore delle ‘ingegnerie’. Il plurale è d’obbligo in un contesto sempre più articolato e multidisciplinare. Non meno importante è la conferma di come l’Ateneo sia un’eccellenza assoluta in Architettura e Design”, ha commentato la Rettrice Donatella Sciuto.

According to QS World University Rankings by Subject 2024, Politecnico di Milano has once again established itself among the world’s leading academic institutions, ranking among the top universities in its core disciplines: 7th place in both Design and Architecture and 23rd place in Engineering.

In particular, we rank 9th in the world in Engineering – Mechanical, Aeronautics and Manufacturing, 12th in Civil Engineering and 23rd in the Data Science & AI sector, an indicator evaluated for the first time by QS.

“What emerges is the value of ‘engineerings’. The plural is a must in an increasingly articulated and multidisciplinary context. No less important is the confirmation of how the University is an absolute excellence in Architecture and Design”, commented Rector Donatella Sciuto.
