The aim of the VASCOVID project, in which the Politecnico di Milano is a partner thanks to the work of the researchers of the Department of Physics, is to create a technologically advanced instrument capable of allowing for a significant improvement in the monitoring of blood flow and oxygenation in patients, suffering from COVID-19 but not only, being treated in intensive care units.

The project has been funded by the European Union within the framework of the emergency call organised to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic.
