The Puente Carlos bridge in Peru, designed by Arenas & Asociados, Ingeniería de Diseño, has been tested in the Wind Tunnel of the Politecnico di Milano; it will be the first to cross the Inambari river in the district of Madre de Dios.

The bridge, that will be 1,260 m. long, will permit to create new connections in the Amazonian area of Peru which are only accessible now using boat crossings.
